Look Out! Here Come The Brautigam Boys!

So as you can imagine we have been a little busy around here these days! Life with 3 boys is great,.Busy, but great! It is getting hot here, so we are spending alot of time outside before it's really bad. Bike riding has been Ryan's favorite pasttime, while Ty has been scootering all over. All his buddies has learned to ride on 2 wheels lately. We have been pushing Tyler to get back on his bike like he did this last fall. He really hasn't rode since...anyways, we went to Walmart last night and bought him a new dirt bike, like his friends, and apparently now it's cool to ride your bike again. He hopped on this morning and off he went! So oproud of himself. Ryan thought he might want to try, so Chad took off his training wheels and that lasted all of 2 seconds. A little to wobbly for this 2 year old. Back on went the training wheels and off Ry went racing "Brudder."

And then there's this little guy...he is the sweetest little baby! This is pretty much his schedule for the day...sleep, aleep some more, then followed by more sleep! He has started liking his bed much more than say the car seat...so we are staying home a little more to let him get some much needed rest. He's starting to smile and react to us which is so fun...the big boys love it! I think this week we are going to have to move into 3-6 month clothes as well. he goes in 2 weeks for his 2 month check already! Time is flying...

We are all about baseball these days...Go Astros! Even little Ethan is in the spirit!

Pajama Time! Great Grandma made these pants for Ry-he wears them all the time!

Artist Ryan...he painted for an hour last weekend! He made it for me he said!

My three munchkins!

Ryan is warming up to Ethan a bit more these days...still has only held him 2 times. Very observant of everything E does though...and of course always eager to help eith the pacifier!

Busy, Busy!

All is well here...crazy busy, but such is life with 3 kids! We had a great week...we survived on our own...well sort of. We had a little dinner help from several of our friends. We really appreciate all the thoughtfulness of our "dinner elves" if you will. Ethan is starting to wake up a little. He sleeps so much, took him in for his 2 week check on Monday and he is 9lbs 9oz already. He only needed to get back to his birth weight of 9.1 by then, so apparently he is not suffering in the nourishment department...he shouldn't when he's eating every 3 hours on the dot! I really am enjoying every last little moment with him, especially the days when the big boys are at school, lots of snuggle time with Ethan. It's been such a joy to watch the big boys with him too...Tyler is such a lover, Ryan more an observer, but he is very protective of Ethan when we are out of the house around others. They are both so proud...In the video below you can see it's TX bluebonnet time. Many of our friends have stopped by to visit Ethan as well, lots of extra TLC. Also, our great friends Deb adn Jason are moving to Calgary, Alberta. We are sad to see them go, but are excited for them too. Tyler is very sad that his best buddy and fellow football player is leaving. Hopefully we will get to see them sometime soon! Hope all is well with everyone! Love to you all!

My Three Sons!

Here are some more pics from this last week...lots of outside time playing baseball, riding bikes adn scooters, and a trip to the Houston Rodeo. The big boys went to the Rodeo on Thursday night and the little one stayed home with Grandma and mom and went to Walmart...whoohoo! As you can see, Tyler picked himself up a real Texas 10 gallon at the rodeo-he's been wearing it nonstop! Texas Forever! Thanks Buca Chuck for the hat!

HAPPY WEEK!

This week has been crazy busy...well with the arrival of Ethan we have been soaking up a lot of family time. My parents are here and we are thankful. We were able to enjoy a few days prebaby to get some important things done, like Tyler's 5th birthday. We had a great day on Sunday...played outside all day, then had pizza with one of Ty's best buddies from across the street. Tyler had his kid party on the 7th at Pump It Up with 30 of his closest friends! There reallyl were 30 plus there with siblings...all in all it was a fantastic party and Tyler really enjoyed himself. That night we had chili cookoff at school and both the boys performed. I was nervous that I wouldn't make it through the day without going into labor. Thank god I didn't because Ryan got Hand foot, and mouth that weekend...miserable week to follow! No sleep, crying kid, funny how nature prepares you for the inevitable!
